Terms & conditions

Buying  If you see a painting you like, call me, or send me an email, and I will prepare for further business arrangements.

Payment  Payment must be made in advance to my bank account by transfer, before shipment from my adress.

Transport and delivery  Deliveries are carried out everywhere in Denmark. The related costs are payable by the purchaser and will be added to the invoice. I pack and ship the painting properly. Purchaser is asked to make sure, that the packing and the painting is in good condition on arrival. Claims must be made to me by phone or e-mail within 2 days from receipt. Later claims will not be met.

Warranty  All the paintings are unique and painted by me. I use a professional american painting product (Golden) which vouch for unfadable colours..
